In the fight between you and the world, back the world.

Turn the beat around.

So, we played one of our favorite haunts last night: The Prophet Bar in Deep Ellum. After going in deluded and coming out disillusioned from a gig two nights before at Andy's in Denton (thanks for listening, barkeeps!), we vowed to make some changes to our set and our attitudes. The result...easily the best show we've played to date. I've never had that much fun onstage and had about a gallon of sweat to show for it. John Paul, the Prophet audio engineer for the evening, was attentive and skilled. We'll make sure to request him next time we come down. A great big special thanks to Marti, Stephanie, Sarah, Lauren, Brendan, and Kyle for coming out - you're our small but incredibly good looking fanbase.

We go into the studio next weekend to lay track for our new tunes. We'll keep you posted!
